The answer is quite simple – we want you to have a break, to admire your results, and to decorate your city 🏡 You know, when we are in a rush to complete quests, our cities start to look like a ‘Work in Progress’ – so, we want to give you time to remedy this situation. However, if you want to progress faster, completing SuperBingo quests will give you the energy and experience points you need ⭐⭐⭐

Q: I have problems with trophies and hearts. Are they only counted during the hour so that the Entertainment building is running? Maybe give us a little more time? Many thanks!
A: Please try to collect trophies and hearts only after your neighbours accept the invitation to take part in the Entertainment you have organized (and you accept their mail). You will be pleasantly surprised 🏆🌟💛

Q: Just hoping for more quests or special events. But, not as difficult as the Leprechaun Tavern – it’s nice to have a challenge but, please be more reasonable!

Q: Why do we get items from building only when there is a quest required for that item. And when a quest requires 15 items, why do we only get 15, and not more?

Q: There needs to be a way to spruce up the city with past QUEST items!
A: We are so happy that you love our special decorations 😍 Sure, it is disappointing to let an item you would like for your city slip through your fingers, but don’t worry – from time to time special decorations will be brought back to the game (for Holidays and other special events). We also review our Shop collection regularly, and there is a chance that some items from the past quests will appear in the Shop 👻

Q: Please reduce the time for next quests to appear. Sometimes we are not free for the whole day to play and you make us wait for every new task for 2 hours!
A: You know, we always try to find the optimum difficulty level to make our events interesting and challenging for all players ⏰⏰⏰ If the event is too easy there is no challenge and the reward is not so desirable and precious!

Q: I understand a business must make a profit and cannot be free forever. So, I just want to make a suggestion. Sometimes, I really like an event building but the price is too high. I think it would be better if Playkot sells the item for a reasonable price. That way, many people will be able to purchase it, instead of setting a very high price so only a few people can buy it. I think the first option will make for a better revenue.
