Question: All I ever get from the Wheel is energy. I rarely, if ever, win 30 superbucks.
Answer: We are sorry to hear that 😿 The Wheel is actually designed to give you the items you need for your quests. As well, it gives you items from buildings that you do not have 👀 The Wheel of Fortune is a game of chance – the more you play the better your chances are at winning! 🌺

Q: There are no new items to be won in SuperBiNGO or the Wheel of Fortune. I have so many flowers and slides and sandboxes, etc. Can we win something new for our cities?
A: The decorations that are given in the Wheel are items from the shop that generally cost superbucks 💸 They provide a way to vastly increase the value of the coins you collect by placing them close to your Residences 🏡 That being said, as per our players request, we are planning on adding some new items to the Wheel of Fortune and SuperBINGO 🎁 Now, we are putting it in the hands of our players! We would like to hear from you! Which new items you would like to see on the Wheel? 👂

Q: I don’t like when we have to wait so long in between tasks when there is a BINGO Event. Why can’t it be like always with only 30 seconds? Also, why do you always ask for items from buildings that cost superbucks? I don’t have enough superbucks to buy the building.
A: We are always trying to make the events challenging 💪 It is a far greater reward if it takes a bit of work to get it. We have made it so that players can earn many superbucks for free and that is taken into consideration when we ask for items from superbuck buildings during a quest. Hang in there! 💥 When you are at the more advanced levels, and generating your maximum superbucks, the quest and Events do become much easier. Please note: we are still fine tuning the balance of the game, so you should notice some changes in the next event 🙏

Q: It would be really great if we could get a skip button in the BINGO so we could skip tasks that either take too long or we don’t yet have the building. Maybe a skip with a time penalty to wait, or costs coins, or something.
A: As you progress through the game and build more buildings and expand your area, you will find you don’t really need a skip function. Therefore, we had decided not to put a skip button in the SuperBiNGO Events 😅 However, after receiving so much feedback from our fans after the last event, we have decided to change our mind and you will most likely see a skip button in future Events 😇 We have also added a new Skip Booster 🔥🔥🔥 to your game that is currently available as a reward for our special events and quests. Save them up for when you really need them!

Q: Weird question…. but does Will’s city update and expand when you get closer to his level? I am currently changing my city to make it look exactly like Wills ‪‪ and I want to know if he eventually goes up in levels after the first 30? ‪‬‬‬
A: Unfortunately, we have not paid much attention to our mutual friend for a long time and he is still at level 30 🙈 Will is currently busy traveling 🚊, but as soon as he can settle down we will see what we can do about getting him a little further in the game.

Q: What happened to the alien?
A: Our alien guests from Alpha Centauri were here as tourists 👽 They needed to fix their flying saucer and while they were here they picked up some amazing SuperCity souvenirs for the Intergalactic Museum 👻 Unfortunately, we ourselves do not understand the travels of the aliens as they come from a distance many light years away. As the aliens explained, they are not bound by time and space. What is a minute to them could be a year to the people of SuperCity. We are eagerly waiting for the Aliens to make contact again, and when they do, we want to invite them to come and live in SuperCity forever! 🚀🚀🚀

Q: Why does the plane not take off from the hydroplane? And the blimp just sits there? Make them fly and land! Maybe use the cruise ship to deport passengers and add more items to the loading dock! We also need a processing plant for the farms, a construction plant for the production of materials, bike racing, and boat racing, and possibly a soldier’s academy.
A: Like we said previously, we are currently working on changing some of the mechanics in the City Center. There are going to be a lot of changes happening and we are sure you are going to love it 😻

Q: We could really use a market or someway to sell all of the items that we have in Inventory that we do not use. I have a lot of unused items from spinning the Wheel and I would like a delete button. It’s difficult to manage when we are trying to redesign our city and we have 1000 items in our Inventory.
A: Thank you so much for your feedback 💜 Unfortunately, adding a market would mean adding extremely complex mechanics and this is not in our plan for SuperCity. We do, however, have a few ideas and we think we can solve your problem in another way. Stay tuned 😸
