A: Ow! It is certainly one of the sorest subjects 🙈 17 expansions were unlocked 🔓 about a month ago, but we know that is not enough. We will keep working on more land and hope to delight you very soon 🤞 Stay tuned! 📢

Q: When is the game reset time? ⏰
A: The game – including the possibility to ask your neighbours for items, help them in their cities and collect your daily bonus – resets at midnight your local time 🕛

Q: My game doesn’t load – it is stuck at 33%, what can I do? 🤷♀️
A: Actually, the game doesn’t stick, but rather it is loading data. However, if your Internet connection is quite slow, it may seem the game sticks 😕 We are currently working on a new progress bar that will properly show the loading process.⏳

Q: I’ve built the second Nightclub 💃🏻 and the second Fire Department 🚒 – what are they for?
A: This was in error and will be fixed in the next update. The second Nightclub 💃🏻 and Fire Department 🚒 will both be removed from your game ⛔

Q: My game crashes all the time, what’s going on? 🆘
A: Crashes generally occur when there is not enough RAM memory 🤯 What is RAM? RAM is an internal – real-time-memory (it is not about the storage capacities of your device) 🙊 Devices that have less than 2GB of RAM memory do not fully support our game 🙅♀️ 🏙
Q: But it used to work just fine, why isn’t it working now? 🙇♂️
A: We’ve noticed that with the latest iOS update 📱, SuperCity crashes more often on iOS devices. Why? It appears that iOS 12.1 update needs much more RAM memory 🤦♀️ This is why SuperCity doesn’t work well on iPhone 6 or iPhone 6 Plus, for example, when before the iOS update it had worked quite well 📲 We hope to improve this issue with our next update 🙏 Meanwhile, before starting your game, please restart your device and close all other open apps, this should help! 🧐
