Question: Do you have any idea when Sands will be available?
Answer: Frankly speaking, we are not currently working on Sands 😫 We are working on implementing new mechanics in the City Center. We guarantee that you will love our new ideas! 😏
Q: How about land expansions? We need more space to put our buildings. It’s really a shame to have so much in storage.
A: We are planning on adding new land expansion opportunities to the City Center. However, we are not able to give a definitive date as to the completion of this project 😓 Please know that we are working on this and we do understand the frustration of our players 🙏
Q: Why can’t we put everything wherever we want in our city? Why are some items and buildings not available in both the City Centre and the Enchanted Valley?
A: You know, different structures need different environments in order for them to ‘work’ 🐾 So for example, the Florist shop’s items did not support the City Center’s climate. However, it works perfectly fine when placed in the Enchanted Valley 🌺
Q: When visiting our neighbours, we really need a skip button.
A: This was done specifically so that you do not forget to visit all your friends. We think it is better to include everyone and try to be as fair as we can 😇 If you don’t want to visit some of your neighbours, just don’t use the app’s suggestions but open the cities via your neighbours’ list 😉
Q: I would like to have more random neighbors. You say we can have up to 100 random neighbours, but my game is limiting me to around 30.
A: This was a bug and it has been fixed 😸 If you are still unable to have more neighbours please contact our Support Team.
Q: It would be great if we could search for the name of our neighbors rather than scrolling down all the list. I have more than 400 neighbours so can be quite tiring.
A: It is an interesting idea to implement a function where you can search for specific neighbours in your neighbours’ list, however we can’t guarantee anything at this point in time 😬
Q: Would you please make it easier for us to get neighbours in the game? Also, I wish we could check our neighbours commitment to the game. There is no way to check from their Facebook profile to see how much they play Supercity. I have so many sleeping neighbours that no longer play the game.
A: Unfortunately, we cannot check your neighbours’ commitment as there is no commitment guarantee 😥 However before adding a new neighbour you can contact him/her in PM to ask about his/her commitment. Or just add and observe – you know, to remove your Facebook neighbours you just need to remove him as a friend on Facebook. Please also note that the limit for the amount of Facebook neighbours has been removed 👫 👬 👭
Another thing, as you know, there are several ways of adding neighbours in the game. We are encouraging our players to generate the link using the refer a friend button from the neighbours search tab and publish your link to our new Add Me Board. Here you can meet some wonderful neighbours! 🔥
Q: It would be great to have something like a big shopping area, where you can drag your shops and harvest them all at one click. It will also save some space. Maybe with a chance to upgrade that center and move in more shops.
A: Thanks for the interesting idea! 😽 We have added this idea to our brainstorming session and we are considering different options on how this could be realized. We love to hear from our players and it is important that you share your ideas with us 😻 We take many of your ideas into our planning meetings to discuss the pros and cons of possible implementations.
Q: Would it be possible for you to add quests so we could upgrade some buildings and residences? You could design an upgraded Coffee House or Wok Cafe, etc.
A: Thank you for the suggestion, that is a great idea and we will be looking at implementing this 😺 However, we need time, thus, it will not be done in the near future 😅
Q: We really need a trade button or something to get a required quest item from our neighbours in their city if they have that building!
A: Thanks for sharing your idea with us! Trading items with neighbours is an interesting idea 😏 We will certainly think about how this can be realized.
Q: I can’t afford the number of superbucks for buildings. I’m very distressed. I can not buy businesses like the Sushi Bar or the Green Grocer. Why do we need so many Superbucks?
A: Both of those items are actually available to be won in our SuperBINGO. We do try and maintain a balance between the number of free Superbucks you can earn to the cost of the buildings. There are many ways to earn Superbucks for free. The game will take longer to progress, however, it is very possible.
