Produce 10 lots of Cables (Construction Factory)
Ask friends for 8 Forms

Step 5/5:
Collect 6 Planks (Cargo Port)
Collect 8 Leather Sofas (Colonial House, Hostel, Villa with a pool, Apartment House, Redbrick House, Skyscraper, Penthouse)
Collect 8 Bags of chips (Farm =>Potato)
